On Monday, July 20th, we’ll host a limited-seating evening highlighting the bright, expressive wines of Cor Cellars alongside a multi-course, family-style tasting menu inspired by the peak of Washington summer. 

Each course is thoughtfully paired, with guidance from Luke, the winemaker, and Dan Mallahan, offering insight into the collaboration between cellar and kitchen.
